PolicyLaunch students, as members of the Forge community, are expected to accept and adhere to these high standards of conduct when dealing with Forge, its company partners, and their customers and business contacts:
- Punctuality and Attendance: Arrive on time for all scheduled training and meetings. Notify your instructor in advance if you are unable to attend sessions or will be late.
- Work Quality: Approach tasks with diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. Seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
- Feedback and Development: Be open to receiving and acting upon constructive feedback. Use it as an opportunity for growth and development.
- Honesty and Integrity: Conduct yourself with honesty and integrity. Avoid any actions that could be perceived as dishonest or misleading.
- Respect and Professionalism: Treat all staff, instructors, and other students with respect and courtesy. Communicate professionally and constructively. Engage with all individuals regardless of their background, and avoid any behavior that could be seen as discriminatory or harassing.
