Rose City Works is a merchandising, e-commerce, and digital distribution studio serving artists, labels, and creative teams. During her internship with Rose City Works, Caroline worked extensively in Klaviyo, building automated email flows, scheduling sends, testing sending strategies, and troubleshooting product feed issues. She also strengthened her copywriting and content strategy, learning how to craft clear, engaging messaging for a variety of campaign types. Her contributions improved internal marketing workflows and supported client-facing communication efforts across the studio.

During her internship with Testimonial IQ, Stella began by fixing small bugs in a production codebase before progressing to larger features and high-priority issues. In the second half of her internship, she collaborated closely with a Forge data science intern on an end-to-end feature that scored financial advising firms using a model derived from Google search rankings. Working in Next.js, Python, Figma, and Go, Stella shipped real production code, gained experience in a fast-moving startup environment, and delivered work her CEO noted he would typically assign to a consultant or entry-level engineer.

During his internship with SupplyTrust Technologies, Josh contributed to a high-impact project within the maritime industrial base. He developed a Python notebook to organize and analyze complex supply chain data, supported the UI for an AI-driven Apps Script tool, and partnered closely with his supervisor on research, analysis, and iterative revisions for a major submission. In addition to his technical work, Josh completed several smaller data and coding projects and traveled with the team to two Northeast suppliers. His combination of technical strength, problem-solving, and communication skills led SupplyTrust to extend him a full-time offer, which he accepted.
